Privacy Policy
Last updated: September 9, 2026
Bit Nomad LLC ("Bit Nomad," "we," "us," or "our") is a Wyoming limited liability company. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect information when you use games, applications, websites, and related services published by Bit Nomad LLC (collectively, the "Services").
This is a company-wide policy. Not every Service uses every feature or collects every category of information described below. The store listing, in-product notice, consent screen, or supplemental policy for a particular Service may provide additional details. If a supplemental notice conflicts with this Policy, the supplemental notice controls for that Service and issue.
1. Information We Process
Depending on the Service and the features you use, we may process the following categories of information.
Information you provide
- Support and communications: Your email address, the content of your message, attachments, and information you provide when contacting customer support.
- Account or profile information: A username, display name, account identifier, or other profile information if a Service offers an account or profile.
- User-generated or shared content: Information you choose to submit, publish, transmit, or share through a Service.
- Marketing preferences: Your email address and subscription preferences if you voluntarily subscribe to news or promotional messages.
Game, device, and technical information
- Device type, operating system and version, app version, language, country or general region, and technical configuration.
- Internet Protocol address, network connection information, and app- or platform-specific identifiers.
- Installation, session, gameplay, progression, achievement, purchase-status, and interaction information.
- Crash reports, error logs, diagnostics, performance measurements, and information about the circumstances of a technical problem.
- Advertising identifiers and ad-interaction data in Services that display advertising, subject to platform settings, consent requirements, and applicable law.
We do not need your precise GPS location for the ordinary operation of our games unless a particular Service clearly requests it and explains why. We do not receive your complete payment-card number when purchases are processed by an app store or other payment platform.
Saved games and online features
Some Services may store game progress, settings, inventory, entitlement records, or other save data locally or on our servers. Online or multiplayer Services may process player identifiers, room or session identifiers, connection data, presence, invitations, and gameplay actions needed to connect players and maintain a shared experience.
Platform information
When you use a Service through a platform such as Meta Horizon, Apple, Google Play, Amazon, Steam, or Microsoft, the platform may provide us with information needed to operate the Service. This can include an app-scoped user identifier, display name, entitlement or purchase status, age category, language, region, achievements, invitations, and multiplayer or presence information. The information available depends on the platform features used and your platform settings.
Age-category information
Some mixed-age Services may use a platform age-category service. For example, a Meta Horizon Service may receive a category indicating that the current user is a child, teen, adult, or of unknown age. We use this category to provide an age-appropriate experience, restrict unavailable features, and meet legal or platform requirements. We do not receive the user's exact birth date from Meta's age-category API.
Virtual and mixed-reality information
If a Service includes virtual-reality or mixed-reality features, it may process headset and controller movement, spatial anchors, room alignment information, and similar spatial data needed to render or synchronize the experience. Unless a Service tells you otherwise, this information is used during gameplay or a shared session and is not used by Bit Nomad for advertising.
Local files and device-to-device transfers
Some Services may let you select files stored on your device or connect to a media server you control. The Service may process file names, media metadata, connection details, and the contents necessary to play or transfer the file. A transfer you initiate may send the selected file directly to devices or servers you select. Bit Nomad does not claim ownership of your files and does not use their contents for advertising. Unless a Service clearly tells you that a cloud feature is being used, locally selected media is not automatically uploaded to Bit Nomad's servers.
You are responsible for ensuring that you have the right to access, play, copy, or share any content you select.
2. How We Collect Information
We may collect information:
- Directly from you when you contact us, create a profile, subscribe to messages, or submit content.
- Automatically from your device or from software development kits used by a Service.
- From the platform or store through which you use or purchase a Service.
- From other players when needed for multiplayer, invitations, shared sessions, or user-generated content.
- From service providers that help us operate, secure, analyze, advertise, or support the Services.
3. How We Use Information
We may use information to:
- Provide, operate, maintain, and improve the Services.
- Save progress, verify entitlements, fulfill purchases, and restore purchased content.
- Enable multiplayer sessions, invitations, shared experiences, leaderboards, achievements, and other requested features.
- Adapt features and data handling to the user's age category.
- Diagnose crashes, troubleshoot problems, measure performance, and provide support.
- Understand how Services are used and develop new features.
- Display, measure, and limit advertising where a Service contains ads.
- Send service-related notices and, with any consent required by law, marketing communications.
- Detect fraud, abuse, cheating, security incidents, and violations of our terms.
- Comply with law, enforce agreements, and protect users, Bit Nomad, and others.
4. Legal Bases for Processing
Where laws such as the European Economic Area or United Kingdom data-protection laws require a legal basis, we rely on one or more of the following:
- Contract: Processing necessary to provide a Service or feature you request.
- Legitimate interests: Operating, securing, supporting, and improving the Services, provided those interests are not overridden by your rights.
- Consent: For processing such as certain advertising, analytics, device permissions, or marketing communications where consent is required. You may withdraw consent through the relevant settings or by contacting us.
- Legal obligation: Processing necessary to comply with applicable law.
5. Advertising and Analytics
Some Services may use analytics, attribution, crash-reporting, or advertising providers. These providers may process device identifiers, IP addresses, app activity, approximate location inferred from an IP address, diagnostic information, and ad interactions according to their own privacy policies and our instructions.
Where required, we request consent before using information for personalized advertising or nonessential analytics. You may also be able to limit ad tracking or reset your advertising identifier in your device or platform settings. Contextual or non-personalized advertising may still be displayed where permitted.
We do not knowingly use personalized advertising for users identified to us as children.
6. Purchases
Purchases may be processed by Apple, Google, Meta, Amazon, Valve/Steam, Microsoft, or another platform or payment provider. Those companies process your payment information under their own privacy policies. Bit Nomad generally receives transaction identifiers, product information, purchase status, country or currency information, and information needed to confirm or restore an entitlement. We do not receive your full payment-card details from these platforms.
7. How We Disclose Information
We may disclose information in the following circumstances:
- Service providers: To companies that provide hosting, cloud storage, analytics, crash reporting, customer support, email delivery, advertising, security, or other services on our behalf.
- Platforms and stores: To the platform through which you use the Service when necessary for authentication, purchases, achievements, invitations, multiplayer, compliance, or platform functionality.
- Other users: Information such as a display name, avatar, gameplay activity, shared content, or session status may be visible to players you interact with. Files or content are shared with other users only when a feature and your actions direct the Service to do so.
- Legal and safety reasons: If reasonably necessary to comply with law or legal process; investigate fraud, abuse, or security issues; enforce our agreements; or protect rights, property, and safety.
- Business transactions: In connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, bankruptcy, or sale of all or part of our business, subject to appropriate protections.
- With your direction or consent: When you ask us to disclose information or otherwise consent.
We do not sell personal information for money. Some privacy laws define "sale," "sharing," or "targeted advertising" broadly enough to include certain advertising or analytics practices. Where applicable, you may opt out using an in-game consent control, device or platform privacy settings, or by contacting us.
8. Data Retention
We retain personal information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Policy, including to provide the Services, maintain save data or transaction records, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, meet legal obligations, and protect the Services.
Retention periods vary by data type and Service. For example, support correspondence may be retained while an issue remains relevant; transaction records may be retained as required for accounting, fraud prevention, or legal compliance; server-based save data may remain until an account or save is deleted; and logs or analytics may be retained for shorter operational periods or in aggregated form. Information may remain temporarily in backups before being overwritten.
9. Your Choices and Privacy Rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to request access to, correction of, deletion of, or a copy of your personal information. You may also have rights to restrict or object to processing, withdraw consent, opt out of certain targeted advertising or data sharing, and appeal a denied request.
You can exercise available rights by emailing kelsonkug@gmail.com with the subject line "Privacy Request." Please identify the relevant game, platform, and player or account identifier if available. We may need to verify your identity before completing a request. We will not discriminate against you for exercising a privacy right.
You may also:
- Unsubscribe from promotional email using the link in the message.
- Change advertising, analytics, permission, and privacy choices through the Service, device, or platform settings where available.
- Request deletion of server-held game data by contacting us. Deleting information may make some features, progress, or purchases unavailable; platform transaction records may remain with the platform.
Residents of the European Economic Area or United Kingdom may lodge a complaint with their local data-protection authority. Residents of jurisdictions with additional privacy rights may contact us to exercise those rights.
10. Children and Mixed-Age Services
Our Services may have different intended age groups. Please review the applicable store listing and age rating. We do not direct any Service to children below the minimum age permitted by the applicable platform, and Meta Horizon Services do not permit use by children under 10.
For a Service intended for both children and older users, we may use an age screen or a platform-provided age category to limit social features, data collection, personalized advertising, or other functionality. Some platform services are unavailable to child accounts. We do not knowingly collect more personal information from a child than is reasonably necessary to provide an age-appropriate Service. Where parental consent is legally required and has not been obtained, we will not knowingly collect the information requiring that consent.
Parents or guardians who believe a child provided personal information contrary to this Policy may contact kelsonkug@gmail.com. We will review the request and delete the information when required.
11. International Data Transfers
Bit Nomad LLC is based in Wyoming, United States. We and our service providers may process information in the United States and other countries, which may have different data-protection laws from your country. Where required, we use legally recognized safeguards for international transfers.
12. Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information. However, no Internet transmission, storage system, or software can be guaranteed to be completely secure. You are responsible for protecting your device, platform account, and credentials.
13. Third-Party Services and Links
The Services may connect to third-party stores, platforms, media servers, social features, websites, or other services. Their handling of information is governed by their own terms and privacy policies. Bit Nomad is not responsible for third-party services that it does not control.
14. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Policy to reflect changes in our Services, practices, or legal obligations. We will change the "Last updated" date and provide additional notice when required. Your continued use of a Service after an update is subject to the updated Policy, to the extent permitted by law.
